DCIB offers a range of events for companies and professionals in the digital creative industries. Businesses and other professionals have the opportunity to participate in events such as the Creativity X Tech X City event and the Futures Forum.
In addition, the project provides targeted activities for students in the field, as well as program pilots for industry companies. Through its activities, the project strengthens the City of Helsinki’s business advisory services in the creative industries and helps grow various expert and mentoring networks.
The project leverages the collaboration, expertise, and resources of higher education institutions and cities in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area to carry out its activities.
Extensive collaboration and networking generate added value for actors in the digital creative industries. While the project’s primary impact is on the capital region, its effects will also be felt across Finland.
The project fosters the creation of new, internationally competitive innovation, business opportunities, and jobs.
